"Bleeding Life Out". This drawing just came to me. The name of the drawing its based on the theory that says that when a life is empty, its dark and sad, more or less like a colorless drawing. So thats the meaning, the hand is bleeding out its colors, and going into a dark state.Hope everyone enjoys this drawing.-
Used: HB, 4B, 6B, Steadler Color Pencils (they suck, trust me)
Time: 3-4h
Paper: Normal printing paper (A4)

I love the idea behind this! And I'm normally not fond of pure white backgrounds, but I think it works well on this drawing.

This is a beautiful drawing with a nicely complex idea to it. You said "anyone is free to use it", but would you mind me trying to draw something similar to it? I'll give you total credit for the original concept/drawing, of course.

Sure! It would be nice to see this idea explained in different ways. For example, my method is based in the "death" of art, i used the hand because for me it represents the master creator of everything, including art. But i would love to see how you express this idea.

I really like this concept. The picture has a great feel to it as well. I was originally a bit confused by the orange tinge on the fingers right before the colors though... perhaps a better flesh tone would help. Also, though the shading is generally good, it's not particularly life like. It would be great to see some reflected light on some of the surfaces of the hand/arm. And finally, the thumb looks a bit too small. Otherwise, the general proportions are great and it's a very lively piece. I'd love to see it redone with a bit more realism in the gray part of the hand.

Thanks for the Critique, i really appreciate it. I will remake it one day or another, but i have the plans to do it using Prisma Colors for a better realism in the colored skin parts. About the thumb, i agree with you, it is actually smaller than normal. Again, thanks for the critique, i'll do it better for the next time.
