I like this idea of a mind as a neuron/beacon/receiver, tapped into the collective mind. The reaper/tree symbolism seems very important, but I'm not really seeing the whole story yet...

Where do you get such amazing idea's from? I have trouble thinking about an idea, and once i get one it takes many tries and so much frustruation just to get down the sketch!

I'm exactly the same. Sometime the idea works, sometimes it's easy, most of the time they die in sketch-limbo. It's very stressful, but I'm used to it by now. It's a cycle, I recognize the steps.
