Alrighty so not many people know about this guy. But, that ain't gonna stop me from telling y'all about my interpretation.

André Gerard is a French exchange student who goes to ESU. He works as an intern at Horizon Labs under Adrian Toomes, before Oscorp takes over the project. He ends up applying to be the final test subject for the Elements program and Silvermane's personal bodyguard. He gains the ability to control air creating mini tornados and cyclones. Spider-Man's only battle with him is when he goes after SilverMane.
