Something I drew for my most recent YouTube video, which you can watch right over here if this is your first time hearing about it!

This drawing only appears in the video for a couple seconds, so I'm glad I can deposit it here on DA where it can be viewed as a stand-alone image. It's based on a meme that was relevant to the subject matter, but since I felt inserting a raw meme into the video didn't really jive well w/ its visual aesthetics, I decided to redraw the meme w/ Splatoon characters to help it fit in more.

Of course I have to wonder if Marina was the best character to sub in. She is a smart character, but mostly when it comes to things like machinery, so I don’t know if she’d actually be well-versed in a field like statistics. I think I made the right choice though, b/c the only other suitable ‘nerd’ character would’ve been Sheldon. I feel like if Sheldon disagreed w/ someone's calculations he wouldn't yell at them. He'd probably see it as an opportunity to excitedly ramble at them to set them straight, haha. Marina on the other hand has had her rare moments where the stuff she's bottling up blows up. So hopefully this isn't too out-of-character for her, sweetheart that she is ;o;

P.S. I thought about uploading the textless version, but truthfully I didn’t put too much effort into the characters in the back row b/c I knew the text would be covering them up lol
