I have a similar photo with an angry goose as well! Though the goose I took a photo of didn't have a beak like that....This one's scarier! Another great shot!

When it comes to geese they're called bills

Either term works - "bill" is certainly used to describe waterfowls' beaks, but "beak" is the more general term and can be used in all cases
