This was a very early piece that is owned by my in-laws..
I didnt have tools or knowledge, so I took the twisties from loaves of bread and other places , burned off the paper and used the wire inside for each indivdual hair.... Took a while ,but turned out nice...of course now i have all types of tools and rolls of wire that I ude....thank for asking...

Thanks a lot, also I did this piece and a couple others with a steak knife, and a safety pin....I spent 9 years teaching myself the "mechanics" of this polymer clay, and I'm still learning.....j

I felt a hard core "vibe" (still do)when it comes to sculpture....feel free to read my DA interview. I'm also still recovering from a heart attack and several strokes, but the art is still in me thanfully.Take care and stay safe.j

I honestly didnt know it was there.he is , however ,in my gallery. And thank you so much for your words........I really get inspiration from them.....
I've been sculpting for 9 years, but only my family and close friends knew about me. After all their encouragement, I decide to let people see my stuff. Adnama Silverstone led me to this place and I have been getting a surprising amount of great comments, none as great as yours though....thank you again.j

you remind me of a writter friend of mine. She does wonderful stories, but I am the only one that she lets read them, her family doesn't even know that she writes! The only reason she even lets me read it s because I send her stuff of mine (a nice exchange of words, heehee). Never fear showing off your work. It's not the amount of skill or talent that goes into a work, it's the amount of heart. Put enough heart into a work and the world will love it, even if they can't put their finger on why.
