Description
Sprig is a faerie. In fact, she's a spriggan to be precise. Spriggans are shapeshifting faeries that can take on any form that she wants -- that means she could turn into a Minotaur or a mouse. Spriggans are Welsh faeries that are typically found guarding the hidden gold inside faerie mounds. They are also tricksters. This particular spriggan is "bound" to Max Sumner, the main character from the Grey Griffins series. He released her from her prison inside the Codex Spiritus, and because of his act of kindness, she has become his Bounder Faerie. A couple of J-RPGs portrayed Spriggans as cousins of Giants for some reason. When I first did a Google image search on "spriggan", I realized they were actually faeries this whole time. This little one actually looks kinda cute.
