Description
Another breakfast in the great hall, another morning which bathes the large room in golden sunlight, and gives promises of a peaceful first meal of the day.
But Hogwarts students know the peace won´t last for long.
Usually it starts with a glance or a snarky remark, or even a "good morning". But the result is always the same: Over the chatting and murmuring of students, you can clearly hear headmaster Snape and Defense-against-the-dark-arts-professor Potter yelling at each other, in a volume which allows even the owls in the owlery to follow their `conversation´ without problems.

Most often the headmaster had some small criticism about how professor Potter structures his lessons of DADA. Well, maybe he also did make a remark once or twice that Potter would use his lessons to brag about being the hero of the wizarding world instead of teaching children, and that his teaching skills were beneath those of a beheaded flobberworm... But that wasn´t an insult. Merely...observation.
Nevertheless, the young man dares to argue with his superior and raise objections against his impeccable power of observation. How rude.

Now, said young man cries in a shrill, angry voice: " I am deeply sorry if my existence alone causes you that much irritation, but alas, I can´t change that",
His hand slams down only inches away from the berry-juice-puddle their not so quiet dispute had left on the table, "so get the hell over it, Snape!"
The headmaster straightens himself and points his wand at the young, soon-to-be-very-sorry man. His black eyes glisten and seem to try and pierce his opponent like an imaginary laser pointer.
"I will not be spoken to like that by a useless, wretched and insolent little Cockroach!"
Some sparks of pulsating magic flicker dangerously in the air around him. He ignores professor McGonagalls hand on his shoulder and her fiery exclamation "Severus, put that wand down!" with ease.
In a cold, menacing voice he drawls:
"I told you before, Potter, that if you feel the urge to talk to me, even you as a teacher will always address me either by 'Sir', 'professor' or 'headmaster'. Is there anything in my order not comprehensive for that brain of yours?"

"We´ve been at this point, SIR. And I usually follow your order up to the moment when you start questioning my brain-size. Because that´s just ridiculous. And it´s getting old.
So, with all due respect: Get the hell over it, headmaster!"

"That's it! You are FIRED! Get out of my sight!"

(McGonagall, sighing: "Here we are again...")

Ah yes. What a nice morning.

Hey, dearies!

Finally I had the time to finish this `big project´of mine; another oil-brush-drawn scene for you.

It´s taking place in the same AU as the `Icebreaker´- comic, with Snape surviving and being headmaster of Hogwarts, and Harry as the DADA-teacher.
I like the idea so, so much because I can´t stop thinking about the two of them working together. An angry Severus Snape is just so enjoyable - if his anger isn´t directed at you - and fights between him and Harry are way too hilarious. (" Call me Sir!!!")

Poor McGonagall has a hard time trying to save interior and bystanders from any harm...
