Isolate what you want, paint the parts white with a default brush with strength set to 100%. Create another layer and add some bloom with that same brush but strength set to 1 - 15%.
Slightly erase with the eraser tool with strength set to 1 - 50%.
Lighting magic. Thx, I'll maybe do more Gmod in the summer.
