The Renaissance Army was almost snuffed out before it even formed. Following the retreat into the Eastern lands to the safety of the desert from the horrors of Mother Nature, many Military units found themselves isolated and cut off.It would be three long years before a leadership was established and the survivors united,forming the Renaissance Army.But in that three years some military units turned to barbarism and became feared groups of Raiders and Warlords.These radical elements attempted to destroy all those who opposed them and shatter any remaining military units. The bitter struggle against former comrade raged on, leading to an unforgivable amount of men and equipment being lost, wasted on fighting one another and not the true enemy. But now after being pushed to the breaking point the twelve year war drew to a violent close. The Renaissance Army's crusade to kill all those who had almost killed them was over.That Siberian winter, the base of the last remnants of the traitors was located. The veteran 1st Shock Army, Armored Corp. and Combat Air squadron were given the honor of eradicating the scum off the face of the earth.Many of these men had been there from the beginning of the conflict, and thus they gave no quarter. No survivors were found, no prisoners were taken, nothing would remain of the once feared foe. The time for restraint and ethics were long over, only Retribution and bitter hate remained.
