This will probably be the last Dante fanart in a while... I'm out of Dante sketches. Tried a different style this time and I had fun doing it. But I should say that his lips are too full and the hands are too 'realistic.' Meh.

just how he comes out of the shadow, really fits his character and is visually stimulating

Thanks! Yeah, I knew about it a while back. You get to play as Vergil (Virgil), his twin brother. I'm angry because I got the original one and I just hate it when they do something like this. (*cough*... MGS2...) It's not expensive, but then again, I got all these other games that I haven't played yet.

i agree with BlueLuna....i like this better than the other also...i think..or at least as much...the other made him apear a little on the innocent side...a little bit babyfaced i geuss...nothing wrong with that but this guy seems much more dangerous...why do you say his hands look too real...i think they look fine...maybe i'm missing something by not being a gamer....anywho...still like it...peace

Lol. Yeah, the sketch for this one was done a week after finishing the other one. So... perhaps, unconsciously, I saw it (with Dante's innocent face and all) coming.
I'm glad you said he looks dangerous, because that was what I was going for. And I said his hands look too real... in comparison to the shadow and tone of his face. But its not too noticable... and has nothing to do with you not being a gamer, lol.

hyh, i have never played Metal Gear Solid... but this looks to me like someone between Kain from Blood Omen, and Agent 47 from HitMan...
good work... I va seen many game like characters, but so far this is the best...

The Metal Gear Solid series is something that I would definitely recommend. I personally liked the second one (overall) the best because it was my first MGS game and the third one was really good as well. So you should get into it if you have the chance.
