Here is my first entry to the "Project Redhead", a series of pin-ups where I will be drawing 50 familiar redhead babes from cartoon/comic -area.Red Hot Riding Hood falls into a certain gray-area, as I don't count brunettes with a hint of red to be redheads or orange-haired girls either. But since I count my own gut at the last minute for the judgement-call, I wanted her to be a part of this project of mine.

Great job! I didn't know she was more a brunette than a redhead though...0_o You really captured the style of the cartoon she appeared in. Only with brighter colors, more clean, which is natural considering the age of the cartoon.

Aren't we all on some level? Kids growing up in the 70s had Daphne from "Scooby Doo" and from 80s there are Teela from "Masters of the Universe" or Scarlet from "G.I.Joe".

My original plan was to have "top 10" Redheads, but when I asked people redhead-babes they remembered from cartoons and comics....names just kept coming.
Finally I decided to make it a round 50 babes. There are few lesser-known characters in there as well, so those will be difficult to draw as I have to find the proper reference-shots for them as well.

One of the fun aspects of this project will be that I'm gonna follow close to the different styles of Redheads....whether it be from Disney-esque or Bruce Timm-esque.
