Regardless of when it turned upside down there is always spring. It's the circle intended. It will come around again and put life right back where it was.
I love this capture. There is a mood set by the tone and nature of the shot. A masterful composition IMO. The color contrast pushes the image and enhances it. Thus I can stare for quite sometime. Kudos again, my dear. This one, I believe, is going in my fav collection.

I really can't think of anything I'd change. I guess the only thing wrong, and even this is stretching it, is that the space between the leaves seems slightly empty maybe? And at that, I'm just grasping at things I could suggest for you to make this better (since advanced critique is encouraged). Because in all reality, I think it's damn near perfect.
