Yes. All of it. This is a a comprehensive account of those involved in the expedition, as well as that of the First Envoy.

OB-CHANDRA:
Then this inquest is officially concluded. Compile all relevant points of data for collating and archiving.

Will do. So, what happens now?

OB-CHANDRA:

The Hierarchy already got what they came for. If my understanding is correct, they now have control over the degenerative phenonema that follows them in their wake; even weaponize it they want to, since they are no longer bound to it.

OB-NINEVEH:

We already lost thousands of lives over at HQ. The few that remains, including us, narrowly escaped with our harrowing encounter with them. We have a looming crisis threatening to overrun the multiversal network.

OB-CHANDRA:

I know. That is why U-1923 has been isolated by cutting it off from the transit network, as a measure to slow the Hierarchy's encroachment on Luminary controlled territories by preventing them from using our gates and mapping out the network. It won't stop them from opening their own portals to other places but at least the chances of it being part of the network would be significantly smaller.

OB-NINEVEH:

In theory. We have no idea what the Hierarchy are capable now with their newly acquired powers. What if we're wrong?

OB-CHANDRA:

The Luminary never dip its hands in anything without an insurance policy. But that information is above our pay grade. Perhaps the high council would know. They always do. As of now, the Luminary displays minimal concern regarding the issue. The loss of the 21st Order of the Synod on Earth-7 was but a minor setback. After all, the 21st Order has other branches in other parallel Earths. Of course ours was the central and the largest branch but in truth, this loss was well within the bounds of tolerance. Come to think of it, it's as if this whole fiasco was planned and orchestrated in the first place. As if the Hierarchy's discovery of the relic was intentionally set up. The expedition of the envoys were nothing more but a ruse to bait the Hierarchy into the open. It's just a theory that has been playing in the back of my mind as of late.

OB-NINEVEH:

That is a disturbing thought. But for what end?

OB-CHANDRA:
