Sugar and Spice are from Batman Forever and are Two-Face's equivalent of Harley Quinn I guess.They seem to have made some cameo appearances in the comics.
Here are my redesigns of these two. I'm happy with Spice's redesign (Spice is on the right) but am not with Sugar's, I'll probably redesign her again in the future.
