scourge was ok when he just was evil sonic but now he is just evil sonic but green..and he allways was kinda pathetic.

And here I am.Not criticizing anything here.
I just see this as all the other "Evil Sonics" think they're better than Scourge.Not due to wasted potential or anything,but maybe they treat him like a kid?Mainly because he's only 17 and therefore they have less respect for him.

Two words for scourge: Wasted potential.... see my comment below for my reasoning. But to add more on, evil sonic was already better than scourge since those two aimed for different writing goals. Evil sonic was... well.... made to be more cunning than sonic and I dare say a little bit smarter than him but he wasn’t sympathetic or an outstanding character but that’s okay since his writer wasn’t trying to make him an Iconic character. Scourge kind of betrays this whole thing, but Ian tried to make him more sympathetic and interesting; however, he failed to do so because he never did any cool backstory with him or make him question what if sonic was right or other amazing things like that. :/

Scourge has always been a victim of midcore writing. They should’ve added effort into making a interesting story of how he became a villain since he is an alternate universe version of sonic which could make sonic question if he ever took the wrong path or make one huge mistake in his life he could end up like him or make Scourge’s backstory the reason why he’s a villain. But hey, that takes time and effort. It’s an AU version of sonic so screw interesting backstories I guess. :/
