Description
Story:
First deployment and we had been assigned to protect a village in a valley not far from camp.
Our task was simple: protect the village of any hostile creatures.
It was one of the waypoints they had to cross if they wanted to gain more ground so strategically speaking it was of great importance.

But despite the fact of being important our first days there were as quiet and relaxed as they could be since there was no sign of a menace anywhere.
But that couldn’t make us lower our guards or the enemy might just catch us unprepared, just like they nearly did.

I was walking around with Noctis who still was a bit unsure with his new dragon tack. The neck protectors and the back of the armor fitted him perfectly but it was heavier than what he was used to wear and that was what he seemed more uncomfortable with.
We went to a river nearby to let my feet rest a bit of all the walking around when we heard some screams coming from not too far away from the town so I jumped on the saddle as fast as I could after putting my boots on.

Bow in hand and ready to shoot at anything that meant harm we dashed towards where the screams came from finally realising they came from the main road towards the town.
There was a young girl there, she was surrounded by some menacing looking creatures that didn’t let her move at all.
I guided Noctis to a barren pasture along the trail to have some distance to shoot and then aimed at one of the beasts’ head, the monster fell to the ground immediately.
As they saw one of them fall they wanted the menace down so the other ones came towards us at dashing speed, though not fast enough to keep up with Noctis.
We made a wide turn around the field and went into the main road towards the girl and the town that were on the same direction.

“Grab my hand.” I crouched down and extended my hand towards the girl who grabbed it.

I pulled her up and with little difficulty she was sitting in front of me on the saddle as we three dashed towards the village where the rest of fighters were and maybe they could help us with the creatures. Though I would try to take them down while we didn’t reach the village.

Keeping with the basics and taking refferences with grids again. I've tried to avoid references as much as I could but I guess it's still not the time to leave them as right now I get really frustrated when something doesn't come out the way I wanted it...

Apart from that... Noctis finally got his new dragon hunting tack! I've changed the mask design a bit as well as changed the hind legs part of it (Instead of cloth he now will wear leather which will provide more subjection to the whole armor) and also added the neck protectors (if he's going to keep charging headfirst into battle better having it safe)

Used own references for the horse and looked up some references for the rider and arch.
