I don't remember the title but it takes place in a movie set. Pepe had Penelope at a cliff of a "Perils of Pauline" set in which Penelope jumps. She lane a tank of water and Pepe sees Penelope come out without the stripe. When he realized that she isn't a skunk, he goes and paints his own stripe so he looks like a cat. From there he continues his chase which is how the short ends.
