This one was interesting to do, I spent some time googling it's eye color, I'm still not sure if it's grey or dark blue or red. In the official concept art, it's grey, but some website say it's red, and some images online shows that it's blue... (Also Infernape's eye is blue I'm pretty sure, so ?!) I decided to make it a grey-ish blue in the end, but I'm still a little confused, let me know in the comment if you guys know the answer. And other than that, I really enjoyed doing this one, I think chimchar is extremely cute, and it is my starter of choice, Piplup and Turtwig are next, I also really like them, I think Sinnoh region have soime of the best Pokémon designs, and all three of the starters are so good!
