Torchic and Mudkip are my favorite starters! They are so cute and I love their typings! Water and ground is a really good combo and fire and fighting is also really good. (I know it got old later on, but still~) Torchic in my opinion is the perfect starter, it started out super cute, and later on became really cool-looking!
