theres already models from blacklist including sam! just look up facepunch. all in OBJ, FBX AND 3DS. format ready for rigging

I've seen it too. Actually I got inspired when I saw it at first. I even download it.
But I'm not not convinced with textures and there are no bumps for the jacket and trousers.
