Description
I woke up before the sunrise to get some photos of the still, sleeping bugs and ironically came across this very awake Lynx spider. This little hunter was very fast, very agile, and completely uncooperative. I gently chased this spider for quite some time, only getting this single shot. Amazing, I came across a second Lynx just minutes later, but I was unable to get any shots of that one. This is a fascinating spider, and I can see why they are so beloved. Although this shot has a lot to be desired, at least I have some proof of the encounter. I will definitely be looking to get this spider in front of my lens again.

Ya know, I was not originally going to post this shot, but I think your enthusiasm for this spider's beauty in your own shot changed my mind. Thank you so much!
