Description
This piece is an abstract portrait of the musician Casey Crescenzo from The Dear Hunter. Inspired by my all time favorite album The Color Spectrum. I'm hoping to hand the original drawing to him personally and make a fool of myself, haha.Colored pencil, sharpie marker, and graphite.

Whoa, this is fantastic! The shading is marvelous, and the way the color graduate into one anotherΒ is awesome. The background is amazing as well, I love it.Β

Thank you!! Yeah, it definitely took some time but well worth it! I wanted to do ribbons forming into the hair and just doing random things in the background, but I got lazy and made a simple triangle haha. I suppose the simplicity of the background sort of makes everything else pop.
