I wonder what it’ll be like to curate a kind of public vivarium. I see this particular one standing just apart from the street of a hamlet-sized scion of a large conurbation. It’ll be something the residents take pride in — not unlike a community garden. Kids might hang around it after school and help with the chores. Said hamlet-place will be perched on a shelf just below the opening of a gorge or fissure, and the light in the vivarium’s tower will keep careening blimps at bay.

(I realise I might as well put this in Calais* since the language generally fits. Something to take note of, cuz I’ve been warned in class against getting ruinously stuck in a genre or style.)

*priority 1 of the places I hope to steadily ‘channel’ from the stuff out there I feel for

(Posting a bit of coursework :/ Most were done under pretty harsh time constraints! Fortunately I think I’ve learnt a bit about design versus ‘art’, and the kind of sacrifices it can take to be sensibly quick.
