hahahah i didnt know anything about mormons when i moved out here to salt lake. i figured everyone would be walking around with 40 kids and 6 wives.. but.. it's a little different than that haha.. still verrrrrrry strange though

yeah. thats definitely some weird stuff too. i think the mormon religion is even more absurd than jehovah's! and they're EVERYWHERE around here! I'm living in their promised land! hahahaha

I have a friend that is Mormon, she's not too different. I live in a primarily Christian town (Catholic, Mennonite,and Amish too), so being Atheist is kind of awkward.

hahahah i went to a christian school from kindergarten to 8th grade. i definitely developed my own views pretty quickly when i had all that religion jammed down my throat. i like to pretend to relate to the super religious people here, mainly because i get a kick out of how serious they take everything.. some of the theories behind their religion.. well.. it's really really weird. like.. that joseph smith guy was basically a con artist. kind of funny, some of the things i've learned around here

Ha. We're learning about evolution in bio right now and this serious christian in my class writes "According to the book (as in the textbook), etc etc etc." for every answer on the worksheets. I cracked up when someone told me that.
