Even in TF2, England and France still don't get along, especially as their classes. Please don't kill me for this, but I had to. :S France is wearing that eye-mask because:
1) Normal Spy masks are too mainstream (yep, I'm hipster and so is he)
2) He likes his hair out. And I can't draw his hair in because it will look weird and therefore shame me.
But it still looks ugly. XD
