According to scientists, the upper atmosphere of Saturn's sky is blue. The same is also true with Jupiter.

All skies are blue. its just the way light scatters through the atmosphere. Even the venusian atmosphere is blue above the cloud layer where the atmospheric temperature and pressure is the same as on earth. on the surface though, the light has filtered everything except the red wavelengths, so on the surface where temperatures reach 400 degrees and the pressure is that of being 3000 feet under water, the sky will appear red. Its the same reason why sun sets are red.

That's right!
I actually managed to find some close-up photos taken by Cassiny spacecraft of Saturn's atmosphere.
And it indeed have a clear blue layer, just like Titan.
