It's not a survavil horror like the other one's, because you play as an detective, so, you still use fire arms, but, less than any survival horror, the game's pretty old, but still a good one!

Well, I'm playing a survival horror (Killing floor in Steam if you are interested) and I must say that I hope they don't make from Chtulhu Myths a simple arcade

Nope, the necronomicon is a fictional book, writed like 1300 years ago for a mad man called Abdul Alhazred, theorically, it contains blaspheme knowledge from the Elders

indeed, I had read stories of really fucked up stuff. but the best part is when you just start, there is no way to know what is going on. And I mean, the second story is about two guys who found a wall that had no beginning nor end, and it has only just one side, I know that sounds silly, but if you think the really meaning of it, is a pretty scaring stuff

You don't understand the beginning of the book, and when you're reading about the third or fourth chapter? do you understand something, or keep being lost?

Yep, at the beginning is like very mindfuck, but then some stories give sense to the things of the beginning, so I guess that is a good book to start to read Lovecraft's works, because I actually don't know if the others books explain something about the nature of the Elders
