We stopped on the drive through the Serengeti to wait for a herd of zebra crossing in our path. Moments later, a lone, female, elephant approached us on the left. It's strange when they are alone, as they stick close to their family members by nature. Sure enough, when she crossed in front of us a tiny elephant could be seen hiding between her legs and below the tall grass. Now that the infant was strong enough, they set out to find the rest of the family.Serengeti National Park
