Its all card and paper. The eyes were plastic and I cut the stars in the eyes to see. Was actually pretty comfortable

Gosh, it doesn't look it When you say paper, was it paper mache? And what were those delightful eyes made of? Sorry for the interrogation

The eyes were just from a plastic ball, think it was one of those balls you get toy key-rings in for a £.
Yeah paper-mache on top of a paper mask. Super cheap, £3 max 
Wig was £6 though :-s
