Thank you Lou for tellling me how to make an animated stamp and thank you *TeamFusion117 for telling me how to make a stamp
My computer, which recently got Photoshop back 
screwed up the text and tweens some... Hope all of you like it anyway

You can make animated gifs in Photoshop
On the top of the screen there is a option called βWindowβ, open it and you might find something called βAnimationβ, try click on it and happy experimenting
