Until recently, winter was something the young wolf had only heard about from grown-ups.
He had experienced cool weather before, as much as Amaryllis gentle climate could provide it. But winter... winter felt so much colder, so... wet and windy and freezing. Like the ocean. Urgh. And when the trees in the northern territories suddenly were stripped of their pretty leafage? Looked downright depressing. Empty. Boring.
Winter felt pretty miserable, if he could say so.
But... it would be out of-character for Pyrrhos to not take advantage of the smaller gifts winter brought. Like snowflakes, which were sooo fun to chase.
