I heard talking to plants helps them grow.And they are going to need a new library at some point...
It was fun.
Drawn with inspire pro app, animated in animation creator, touchups in photoshop.

You know, there's a little sapling next to Golden Oaks; it actually survived the explosion(completely unscathed, too!).
Moreover, judging by the size of the roots used for the chandelier, it's clear that Applejack and Fluttershy dug out the BIG tree; the one that was destroyed.
So I envision Twilight doing something like this, albeit she's using that sapling instead of a fresh seed.
Otherwise, I really love the concept of this picture. Twilight is the most fitting choice for the planter of the new library tree; she knows plant growth spells, and being an Alicorn, she clearly possesses the same "acceleration of plant growth" ability that Applejack has demonstrated on many occasions.
But most of all...it is a very beautiful way for Twilight to express her gratitude towards Ponyville's inhabitants for letting her use Golden Oaks all this time.
