I'm really liking this comic. The first box in the fourth panel, though, would be better off dropping into the space below the "Bridge" sign and becoming a speech bubble back to the Teuton. Otherwise it's not at all clear who's speaking there. You could, actually, do the same with Panel 4's second text box: turn it into a speech bubble and point it back to the Reverend Moira.

Word bubbles are an art unto themselves, and sadly I'm not the best at it so I'm always grateful for help!
I used most of your suggestions except the one about moving the "A pity etc etc".
I think that the place I put it now clears up any confusion.
I also changed the fourth panel word block to a bubble and pointed at the Moira.

Whilst great art is a tremendous asset to a comic artist, it's mastering that panel flow that really marks out the great from the merely good. nebezial is a good example of someone who gets it right in his own comics (even though his art, whilst good, is rather samey).
