I don't think I'm going to make tutorial, but it's actually pretty easy to achieve. First, you model one brick, then you use array modifiers to duplicate them. (You have to apply the modifier and seperate them by loose parts in edit mode) Then animate a cone to move under the brick. The last step is to use the rigibody simulator to calculate the physics.

There is an invisible cone under the bricks, which moves and pushes the bricks aside/upwards.
