I love final projects; don't we all?You know the drill. Katie is frustrated and anxious, anime characters suffer. This time it's Ed, because I love that end song. My first FMA artwork, and probably my last for a while.
Open canvas 1.1 doodle I kept working on. Because rain is love. Cheesy filtered background thanks to adobe photodeluxe.

I was listen to Skillet's Falling Inside The Black when I found this and I have to say it's quite captivating. I liked that Fma theme too, but then again I liked all the openings and endings.

characters are supposed to suffer when an artist is upset or feeling some other...uh...feeling...it's how we keep ourselves sane. Could you imagine what would happen if every artist you knew didn't release their feelings in their style of art? The numbers of murders would go up.

I think I like the arm best of all in this picture... It looks very metallic, like it would be cold and slick and wet if you touched it. Very realistic!!
I also love the rain on the hair... I've always liked the way that water droplets look on hair and you've pulled it off beautifully here!!

The arm's my favorite part of the picture, too.. which is amazing becausse I'm usually horrible at drawing mechanical and "technical" things. ...I guess the super-shininess, plus the super-darkness masks any errors, like upping the contrast of a picture. ...neat trick.
You know, it's an addictive show. I only made it through about 8 episodes of Hellsing, and only about 3 of Prince of Tennis, but I just keep watching more and more FMA (I'm up to about 20 now.) I suggest you watch at least through episode 3 as episodes 1 and 2 didn't impress me much, either. But there's so much good stuff after that. ...Though I hear the manga is even better than the anime, so maybe that'd be more your style. *shrug*
