I used to clean my artwork using Level... But then I discovered Threshold.
Using Threshold will make only one shade of black and one shade of while appear. If you use Level, there will still be all kinds of shades of gray, right?
Anyway, the Gaussian Blur thing is new to me. Thanks for the tutorial!

hah! hao la hao la!
1. you can make ur lineart colour-able, by making the white area in ur lines.... TRANSPAREENT! *w*
2. make sure that you tekan the lineart layer, then on ur layer tab, switch to channel tab.
3. on the bottom right corner of that channel window there's a flower-like circle, *shit i forgot what's the name XD* load selection i guess, then u tekan again, there's a big selection around u canvas now.
5. delete! X3
6. now if u found it quite pelik dun worry, u look the transparency in ur curent lineart layer, then Ctrl+Backspace to fill it with any colour (that means ur background pallete should be black if u want black lines)
7. prestooooooo!
8. you can colour it under ur lines!
