That is one amazing fractal - and only 39 comments!?

I don't think people appreciate the rawness of the fractal and how hard it must have been to get even the slightest of shapes in this one. It reminds me of the funky flames that were around a year ago or so, how a flame with the slightest amount of adjustment to the transforms could create such interesting patterns.

Great work!

Well, it's not a photo ^^U If I'm not mistaken, it was made with a programme called Apophysis.

It's true. Actually, in the program (Apophysis) you can actually see the flame moving < Anyway, I didn't make this picture ^^U I just answered your question

Wow, this actually gave me vertigo just looking at it. This is one of those great fractal images that is literal and emotional and evocative all at the same time.

Kaeltyk In reply to zephyrchaser [2007-07-14 12:27:02 +0000 UTC]

Thank you ! I got a great feeling when I found the shape, but the coloring was a lot of work to achieve what I really want here (speed, danger, the car lights and the road 'eaten' by the car...). I'm glad you feel all of this .

esintu [2007-07-08 21:09:26 +0000 UTC]

this is simply exceptional.. one of the best pieces I've seen around the fractal gallery for sure.. it's full of energy and speed, my adrenaline levels increased even upon a peek at the picture.. incredibly effective design, and stunning textures as well..
