Description
I have a particular fondness for those moths which appear to be wearing rather extravagant furry coats.

With more being worked on. They've been long term residents in my mind, so why it's taken me so long to do anything more with it is beyond me.

This pleases me greatly, you must be doing more besides what you're posting. Still earning from your work?

So charming. The texture really shows the furry fluff.

I adore how fluffy this is, and I'm quite fond of these moths as well. I used to collect photos of them, whenever I spotted one.

I don't see too many, but I often keep my windows closed as the house is covered in ivy and spiders love to come inside the first chance they get at an open window. I've had the odd one or two flutter in some nights, though.

I'm enjoying this style... working on a few more like it.

Beautiful! It is amazing how much you can achieve using only two colours. I like every little detail here. It looks really nice how the background gets slightly darker and I also like the fact that the face and the hands lack any textures.
Your gallery is wonderful!

I'm glad you like that about the background... Ink is great for creating high contrast, but what I want is to experiment with using it to more subtle effect, and hopefully making characters look almost like they're glowing using only black and white.

They look like they're glowing on the thumbs so maybe it would be a good idea to try a smaller pattern? I don't draw so it's only a guess but maybe it's helpful in some way
Good luck!

Size does seem to affect it, certainly.

She's beautiful! I like her coat, it lokks fluffy and soft, it makes want to hug her and she has a nice face. She would be well in a children book.

Thank you, I'm actually considering creating a small book of my own which she would be in.
