Brief Synopsis:

Former olympic ice skater who had her medals stripped away and was barred from competing when she tested positive as a meta-human. She ranted and raved over the injustice of this... And when her powers came to life, she sought her revenge with them.

Not so much evil, she more just feels entitled to have everything she wants based upon unfairly having everything she had work for stolen from her. She's not out to cause harm (though doesn't care if its a side effect) but rather to have fun. Slightly insane, very self centered...

Powers are ice based, basically think Ice Man. Though instead of "ice slides" created to travel, she creates thin ice rails as she skates through the air and such...
