Fenian Wolf is very petite compared to most superheroines, is a clone of Fenian but appears slightly more physically strong, is on the short side and has a comparatively small chest (though not flat) to other superheroines.

Fenian Wolf has the strength, conditioning, reflexes, agility and other physical abilities of a woman her size at the peak of human conditioning.

The gear Fenian Wolf wears was stolen from the Arachnos army originally but has been highly modified since then.

Body Armor
Fenian Wolf's body armor is capable of absorbing and/or deflecting most conventional attacks such as knives, clubs and most conventional gunfire. It does provide protection from more intense, and more unusual attacks, but it's ability to protect the wearer from injury decreases and the power level of the attacks increase.
Fenian Wolf's body armor also enhances her physical abilities giving hear increased speed, strength and agility. While these increases do put her into the "super" levels, she still must rely upon her skills as a fighter to fight most true super villains.
Fenian Wolf's body armor is equipped with cloaking technology allowing her to go unseen by most people and conventional technologies. The cloak once Fenian Wolf engages in combat, however, due to the amount of resources required to keep it running. Still, it does generally give her the advantage of suprise.
Fenian Wolf's body armor is equipped with an emergency teleport device which works as a failsafe device, whisking her back to her personal submarine base if her armor takes too much damage or her vital signs are dangerously low. This failsafe teleportation cannot be deliberately triggered but has proven infallible so far.

Helmet
Fenian Wolf's helmet provides the same defensive capabilities as does the rest of her body armor.
Fenian Wolf's helmet gives her enhanced vision and targeting capabilities.
Fenian Wolf's helmet is wired directly into her brain and constantly recording her every thought, emotion and experience. If/When Fenian Wolf dies from natural or unnatural causes, these recorded memories are then implanted into the next clone body which takes her place. in this way, each successive clone carries the same thoughts, memories and personality as the previous incarnations.

Mace
Fenian Wolf's mace is chiefly used as just a masterly crafted smashing weapon but it does have a few extra properties...
Fenian Wolf's mace is capable of emitting a highly concentrated energy blast for the top. The number of blasts it is capable is limited due to the energy drain it causes so this is used only on rare occasions.
Fenian Wolf's mace is capable of creating an anti-gravity bubble around her giving her limited self flight capabilities.

Submarine
After defeating the villain which created her, Fenian Wolf took possession of the submarine he was using as a base and science lab to create his clones. Fenian Wolf uses the submarine in the same manner, but instead of creating a clone army she only ever has one ready to go - Her next incarnation, ready to be implanted with Fenian Wolf's thoughts and memories and personality in case the current Fenian Wolf clone may die. With the help of a sympathetic scientist/inventor friend ("Doc M.") the cloning and memory implantation process is fully automated in case of emergency.
Fenian Wolf's commandered submarine also is equped with cloaking properties which allow it to go undetected by conventional means while it is submerged.
Fenian Wolf's submarine has a limited ranged teleportion device allowing passengers to board or disembark from a roughly half mile radius distance through teleportation.

Personality:
Fenian Wolf has a serious and determined manner about her. She can be friendly and caring but she seldom lets her guard down when around other people and her sense of humor tends to be based in sarcasm and dark humor.

Short Biogrophy:
Fenian Wolf is a clone created in a underwater labratory by a villain who wanted to create an army of clones with which to take over the world. This villain was able to obtain a DNA sample from Unrepentant Fenian, a magical doppelganger of the hero Fenian, and hoped his clones would have the inherant magical abilities of their DNA source. Manipulating the DNA just enough to create his clone with a "blank slate" for a mind, and to maximize their physical abilities to the peak of human capabilities, the villain created his first clone, implanted basic Soldier of Arachnos training and skills, and then hoped to brainwash them into his loyal follower. Alas, the first clone created was not a blank slate but instead has memories of being a hero. As such she used her powers, and the additional training she was implanted with, to thwart the villains plans.

Before the clone which would become known as Fenian Wolf could even decide on what to do next, however, she discovered her superpowers to be fading. Finding help, and an ally, in the mysterious "Doc M." it was soon discovered that not only was the magical powers fading, but that the clone body had an inherant lifespan of just three months, apparently a condition the villain who created her implanted to prevent the clones from becoming too independant. "Doc M." was unable to modify the three month lifespan of the cloning facilities onboard the submarine but she was able to modify the equipment to transfer the consciousness of one clone to the next, thus allowing for a continued existance past the three month, in a sense.

As Fenian Wolf had sketchy memories of being a hero, she longed to continue that lifestyle. No longer possessing the magical skills she was first created with she knew she would have to rely on her own physical skills and the Arachnos Soldier training she had been implanted with. In a daring raid on an Arachnos military compound, Fenian Wolf stole several suits of Arachnos armor and as much weaponry as she could manage. Again with the help of "Doc M.", Fenian Wolf modified and enhanced this armor to suit her own needs. "Doc M." further enhanced the helmet and the cloning process so that if Fenian Wolf should die, all the recorded memories, thoughts and experiences recorded by the helmet would be implanted into the next clone to be birthed.

"Doc M." has, from time to time, stopped back to Fenian Wolf's submarine to perform repairs and upgrades but she never stays for long and her true motives remain unknown.

Now fully equipped to lead the life of adventure she craved, Fenian Wolf spent a long time in the Rogue Islands trying to undermine the Arachnos regime. Eventually, however, she developed a need to meet the "real her", to meet the woman whose DNA gave her life. Since the villainess Unrepentant Fenian had disappeared without a trace, and since the majority of her sketchy memories were from the original Fenian anyway, Fenian Wolf headed to Paragon City, the City of Heroes, to seek out her true self.

In Paragon City the two Fenians did indeed eventually meet. Fenian was initially off put by the notion of there being another "her" in existance, even one so different from herself. Still, despite the strangeness of the situation, Fenian found herself continually drawn to her other self and over time the two Fenians have found themselves entangled in a very unique but satisfying relationship with one another. Further, Fenian continually tries to organize her other self, as well as the other heroes they keep finding themselves teaming up with (Caemgen, Blue Boltage, Gorm Diabhal and Daybreaker Alpha) into a full fledged superhero group called The Fianna... Fenian Wolf is indifferent to the idea but supports it in order to keep her lover happy.
