Today I finally finished Dark Souls — it took me neary 82 hours over the course of more than a month! What an experience!This painting took a little less time, fortunately. Nice how both projects more or less got finished at the same time — so this is sort of my celebration.

Just pop down to New Londo, grab the Nameless Soldier soul. Get to Drakeville, where you'll find a Large Soul of a Nameless Soldier, and a Soul of a Proud Knight. Also, Blade of Astora, if you're into that sort of thing, and a thrusting sword (can't remember name). That's a haul of 4.800 souls to start off with. If that doesn't make the game a little easier, I don't know what will.

And so the victorious knight stood and beheld the dark sky. After many a punishing defeat, he let loose a relieved sigh and spoke,
"Damn you, NG+."
And with those words, a knight as black as shadow stabbed our hero through his spine, sending him back to the begging of the level.

I am only a level 70 something i think 73 and i have a claymore+5 and i just made a chaos fire fatchilon+2 (wrong spelling i know) i should probably say i am a knight XD i am wearing all of havels while being able to roll with the claymore and black knight shield i have XD

Well... I am not 100% comfortable with this. I'm sorry. I think for a personal Journal on DA it would be a better fit to use your own artwork, wouldn't you agree?
I don't think my image lends itself very well to be written over, anyway. You seem to have come to the same conclusion, as you had to desaturate my picture.
I hope you find something better suited to use for your journal!

Wow...that's...actually about the same time it took me to beat Dark Souls.
If I include my first attempt with a character I deleted, the second character which I actually succeeded with I finished the first playthrough in 40 hours but it still took me a month to beat it.

this armor is a fan based creation of some armor that is real and some thing that are just made up in list , sword is real shield is some what real helm is real . boots lower armor/skirt are fan made along with most of the chest. i do however like the side sword. right now im am making a real suit of armor from dark souls and will post pics as soon as it is done. ornstien was a pain in the ass to kill so i thought i might make his armor. real metal real chain-male real rivets in all harder to make then killing him. lol
