This is just a little project I've been working on as I've messed around with the pen tool. Basically, this is how I envision what the SatAM characters' signatures would look like. Whaddaya think?

This is quite unique and amazing. You've actually managed to capture the spirit and personality of each character in their mere signature. Each one seems appropriate to them and tells me a little bit about who they are. Makes me wonder what my signature says about me.

I tried to make Rotor's sig look technical, like the writing on architectural blueprints. I couldn't really think of anything else... what would you have done?

But to awnser your question.. i honestly don't know.. i guess it could be totally random, that or something messy.. considering he isn't exactly the most organized, neat, etc..

I love signigtures it really shows a lot about a characters personality and I think you have captured the Satam characters personalities very well

Sally's looks a little girly, don't you think? Just because she's technically a princess doesn't mean she acts like one. She's been a freedom fighter, and a good one.
Bunny's is really good, in my opinion. It has that southern, sweet thing that she has.
Sonic's... actually reminds me of my dad's writing, only messier. My dad writes in all caps like that a lot, but he's really neat about it and kind'a makes every letter about the same size and spaces them the same way and everything. But, the speediness of it reminds me of me, because I like signing my name as fast as I can, because I like the result. I'm not sure about any of the others besides Sally and Bunny, but they look believable, to me.
By the way... Pen tool?
I've got PhotoShop, and I can't seem to do much with it. (although it's better than what I've done in Paint because of the added fadeyness to lines) So, basically, whenever I try drawing in a program, I can't. Do I need to use a tablet thingy to be able to draw, or what?

I think Sally's looks neat, rather than girly. Don't read so much into it - trust me, I know she's a fighter. Who says fighters can't have neat writing? Who says princesses can't have non-girly writing?
Well, you gotta learn how to use photoshop, and that takes time, and it's a building process. I've had it for over a year and I'm still learning. There are a ton of tutorials out there. Just look for them and you'll start learning. Start with the basics, which depends on what you want to do with Photoshop. I learned how to use the pen tool in about 5 minutes from a popular pen tool tutorial here on dA. In my opinion, tablets are unnecessary and unwieldy, not to mention expensive. You can definitely make do without one.
