I'll probably get in another pose fer this since I like the way this turned out

This is my take on what Model O should have looked like when Megamerged together with Model X since every other 'X' model looks the same

Model O is a hidden Biometal found in Mega Man ZX. To obtain it, the player has to either defeat the bosses from either Mega Man Zero 3/4 whilst said cartridge is in the GBA slot or defeat Omega Zero himself as these bosses can found in Area N after the game is completed on Normal or Hard. Once either method is done, an item called 'Mysterious Stone' will appear somewhere in the level. Take it back to Flueve so he'll convert the stone into Model O.

When Megamerged with Model O, Vent and Aile will transform into an exact duplicate of Omega Zero. Model O's weapons include the OX Saber and OX Buster. Model O is the only Biometal with infinite Overdrive, which allows the user to draw out the Biometal's true power. Whilst in Overdrive, instant charged Buster shots can be fired. In addition, the OX Saber gains all three elemental abilities in the form of Ryuenjin, a rising fire slash, Arc Blade, an aerial ice based attack that fires small waves in all directions and Shinkuujin, a thunder blade wave attack. Ze real treat though, comes in its special attacks when the Main weapon button is pressed while holding Down which are all of Zero's X series Giga Crushes. An uncharged command unleashes Earth Crush. Mid charge gives you Messenko, and fully charged gives ye the almight, screen-fillin' Rekkoha.

Basically, it's a superior version of Model Z, and much cooler.
