Yes, we now have confirmation of Godzilla's new design in the film. Yes, it does look like the MonsterverseGoji... to an extent. For starters, if you actually look at these designs back-to-back, you'll notice some differences such as different shaped spikes and more defined fangs. Personally, I'm okay with this design. Mainly because we now have a good idea what Godzilla is gonna look like in this film. Oh, and for all the people saying Godzilla's too fat... the GMK-Goji had a beer gut and Shin-Goji had thunder thighs. Godzilla's not fat. He's bulky. He's supposed to be a large, lumbering mountain of destruction and wrath.Related content

The design makes sense if he's going to be fighting other monsters, and to be honest I think he's a little slimmer compared to the Monsterverse Goji (just enough to still have a sense of mass to him).

I'm liking this design. Now I want to see what Kamacuras, Anguirus, Rodan, Orga, Dagahra and Dogora will look like.

Well it hasn't been nearly as long for Kamacuras, Anguirus and Rodan since their last film was in 2004 but Rodan is coming back in 2019. As for Orga and Dagahra, it has been a bit longer but Dogora hasn't been in a film since 1964

10 years is still a good while, but im not so excited for rodan just due to him have been in a good bit of movie was kinda hoping for titanosaurus or varan maybe gorosaurus even baragon would have been awesome.

Well Monster Planet is part of a trilogy so there's a good chance they could make a return. If Dagahra and Dogora can, I don't see any reason the others can't.

*chuckles* That is also true. What I'll be most curious to see, however, is how the humans---Haruo and co.,--- will stop Godzilla. Due to the fact he seems to be increasing in size for whatever reason, I think a gravity-based weapon may be a way to stop Big G since a creature that size will find it extremely difficult to even walk a step.
Anyhow, this is my opinion but I'm happy with this new Goji suit. May I call it "WakuseiGoji"?
