WARNING. MAJOR FRIGGIN' SPOILERS.VLD Season 5 is now out, and while we didn't get to see Romelle (or who I think is supposed to be Romelle anyway), we did get one big, friggin' revelation.
Say hello to Krolia: fellow agent of the Blade of Marmora... and Keith's mama.
Yeah, I think it's safe to say things are gonna be pretty strained between her and her son seeing as she left him and his dad when he was very young.

I do think things will be strained at first, but lets face it, this is what Keith as wanted. To know he has a family. Sure he treats Shiro like a brother, but sometimes that's just not enough.
One thing I do hope to see is more Mother/Son development between these 2, which was imo greatly under shadowed by Allura and Lotor working together, (which was nice and weird at the same time being he always lusted after her in previous incarnates). But I don't want everything to be all hunky dory like it was in HTTYD-2 when Hiccup learned the crazed dragon lady was his mother. I especially want to see her meet the Voltron team eventually, especially after Kuron is properly taken care of.
But in seeing his mother, is starting to make me wavier towards the possibility that Acxa might actually be his sister. I may be spit balling here cause I for a time thought Acxa could be a type of romantic-rival to Keith. But look at their hair colors compared to the rest of the Galra. They seem to share the same hair color for the most part in which you don't notice with any other Galra.

Yeah, though now we have to see Krolia's reaction at the realization that her son and daughter are fighting on opposite sides.

I also hope they just don't rip them apart or kill her off now that they have been reunited. And now that I think of it, during the whole battle for control of the Empire, Acxa did shoot a glare at him when she saw his face in the BoM outfit. But I also think that was a Life Debt repaid when she saved his life.
But one thing for sure, is I definitely want to see her and Team Voltron or as us old timers call them Voltron-Force and most of all, how she met his father and their brief(?) time together on Earth.
