A lot of these numbers are pretty spot-on, but many others are completely off. Despite the massive scale inconsistencies in the show, G1 Optimus Prime's cartoon height is generally accepted to be what the original scale chart says it is, 6 meters (or ~20 feet). That is also Bumblebee movie Prime's stated height, and confirmed by height comparisons to other characters in that movie whose heights are confirmed (Bumblebee being 12 feet tall, the seekers being ~18 feet tall). RID2001 Optimus' height is 5 meters according to his stats in the art book. The other movie Primes' heights are all right except for AOE/TLK Optimus, who is 32 feet in his newer body instead of the previous 28. I'm not sure if Cyberverse Optimus' height is accurate, as I haven't seen any sources stating his height yet, but the specificity of the 28 feet (like movie Optimus) feels off.
I would recommend the TFW2005 thread/chart "The Many Sizes of Optimus Prime" for reference, it sources all its heights well.

I may agree with G1 Optimus to be rather inaccurate, it seems he is portrayed to be around 30 ft in some media, and the scale with some toys, mostly masterpieces.
I couldn't say anything else about AOE/TLK Optimus around 28' he's often depicted a few feet shorter in some shots,

Ah, I had never noticed that before with AOE/TLK Prime's height. I was just going by his given height in some of the official stats since the movies seem to tend to be at least a bit better at sticking to official heights, but it makes sense that he'd often be a bit shorter since, as much as they try to stay consistent, there does tend to be some variance in size in those movies.
BTW, I do like that you stated Animated Prime's height to be between 22 and 28 feet depending on different sources and shots instead of just going with one number since his height seems to be less well-defined than other Optimuses, but I do think it might have made that clearer if you had two separate Animated Primes representing each height. In fact, I think that would work for G1 Optimus too, having a separate cartoon Optimus at 6 meters/20 feet, and another one for Marvel comic/other media at ~30 feet, just to give more of a sense of how his size varies.

This looks great but how did you come up with the size for the Bumblebee movie version of Prime? When we see him fighting in the Cybertron scenes he's noticeably taller than the Seekers he's tearing through. Based on that, I would have thought his size is consistent with his appearances in the Michael Bay films...

Because Bumblebee was a Nostalgiafest and G1 Optimus was only 5 meters tall.

Correction, 6 meters, but you have to admit that one meter of differenc isn't that much.

I loved Bumblebee, but the fact that a pair of Decepticons barely 20 feet tall (compared to Bee) can turn into a Cobra gunship and a Harrier (which are bigger than they look) irks me.

Wow, this is interesting. I didn't know that they were different sizes. I always assumed that they were all about the same size. Armada Optimus being the smallest and Beast Hunters Optimus being the largest.

But Armada, Energon, Cybertron and Old RID Optimus Prime have super modes which are obviously taller than their normal modes in this pic. I think their super modes would be as tall as Beast Hunters Optimus or even taller that.

Yes, you make a very good point. That's probably true.

Transformers Evolution. That almost sounds like it would make a good new Transformers series.

Wow...it almost surprises me to realize that this would mean the TFA Decepticons are much larger than the other continuity Decepticons as well. Going by this chart...TFA Optimus is pretty much the same size as Bayformers Optimus. And that's still freaking huge!
