And we're back with another of the little actors (rather literally in this case) who make up the human population of the Godzilla series. Io Shinoda is the take-charge kid member of the Godzilla Prediction network in Godzilla 2000, and so far as I could tell from internet searches this was literally actress Mayu Suzuki's only role in Japanese media. To be honest I never found her to be the most compelling child actor anyway, but she certainly wasn't annoying like some Kennies in Japanese kaiju media can be. If anything it was nice to have that level of father/daughter dynamic in the movie.
