I love the Bandai Ultimate Monsters series, they're so magnificently detailed and cool looking and few more than the 2004 version of King Caesar/Seesar here. It's the best figure yet made of that version of the character as Bandai didn't commit to making all the Final Wars monsters in vinyl, but I'm perfectly happy with it. Every detail is just nailed here.
