So I was taking pictures for the next round of Kaiju Toybox entries, when I managed to let my Trendmasters Ghidorah slip from my hand and it hit the floor just right, shattering the brittle plastic of the connection to the tail and wing. It's just a toy, obviously, but it's a little sad for me not only because it's a broken Ghidorah from the awesome Trendmasters line, but I've had the figure for almost 20 years now. I take really good care of my figures but the only reason this one broke was because of the difference in the material, this is 20 year old hard plastic as opposed to the soft vinyl of most of my Bandai collection. RIP, old beloved destroyer of planets.
